The munich-based German company, founded in 1995, designs and manufactures packaging for the cosmetics industry. Jean-paul Corbeil, CEO of Corpack, has more details about the material and its application: "for the first time, parts were produced using injection molding without the use of a binder to form a micro-agglomerated cork. In addition to the unique ingredients, the combination of nature and technology, Sughera's unique characteristics are good resistance to various elements and ingredients, and extremely diverse in application. The new material (70 percent cork, 30 percent rubber blend) USES less petroleum-based material, reduces the overall use of plastic, and gives the components a natural look and texture, while also being 100 percent recyclable. Sughera supports a variety of colors. The natural look, soft surface feel, and cork features greatly enhance the user experience. The new partnership with manufacturer Livingcap makes Corpack the first company to introduce Sughera in cosmetic packaging." Use quotation marks for emphasis alone. One reason why Corpack's CEO jean-paul CorbeilSughera calls it a "sustainable material" is to use the excess cork left over from the production of wine cork, which is grated, sterilized and recycled.Sustainable material "Sughera" is applied for the first time in cosmetics _ technological frontier _ technological innovation _ China detergent industry information network

Wait "we not only developed our own standard line, standard stock, but also customized designs to meet the tastes and needs of each customer. We strive to lead packaging trends by providing innovative products and some of the most modern production techniques. And working with several partners, most of them in Asia, but many of them in Europe." "Germany remains our biggest customer market, but sales are also growing steadily in other parts of Europe, including France, Benelux, Spain and Italy," jean-paul said. We are also doing more and more business in the United States. Cosmetics is still our core business (about 70%), mainly in lipstick tubes, followed by skincare products. Our newest Kneipp lip balm package is based in part on Sughera. At present, companies are more and more inclined to provide full-service and solutions. "While not our core business, we are fully capable of providing customers with the full service option of developing products, managing the production and filling of components, or completing the entire packaging itself. For the customer, the whole process is contracted by a source packaging material supplier, eliminating erroneous processing steps and avoiding redundant processing or multi-task handover. In other words, the work is done, supervised, and managed by one vendor. In this process, we work closely with our customers, working with long-time and experienced partners in various areas of filling and processing to ensure a successful packaged finished product."
